Our goal is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can explore effective solutions for personal growth and well-being.

  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you're facing challenges that impact your daily life, relationships, or overall well-being, therapy can provide support and strategies to help you navigate these difficulties. We offer an initial consultation to discuss your concerns and determine if our services align with your needs.
  • How can therapy help me?
Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, improve relationships, and foster personal growth. Our goal is to empower you to overcome challenges and enhance your well-being.
  • What therapeutic approaches do you use?
Our team utilizes a Solution-Focused and Client-Centered approach, integrating techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. Our team tailors their methods to best support each client's unique journey.
  • What services do you offer?
We provide specialized therapeutic services for adolescents, teens, and young adults. Our areas of focus include anxiety management, depression and grief support, life transitions counseling, anger management, behavioral issues intervention, and bipolar disorder support. We tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Do you offer group therapy or workshops?
Currently, we focus on individual therapy services. However, we occasionally offer workshops or group sessions on specific topics.
  • Do you work with parents or families?
Yes, when appropriate and with the client's consent, we involve parents or family members to support the therapeutic process. We also offer family sessions to address collective concerns and improve communication within the family unit.
  • Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept several major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL), Aetna, Optum, and Cigna. Please contact us or visit our Insurance and Payment page for more details. We are also happy to assist you in verifying your mental health coverage with your insurance company.
  • What are your out-of-pocket fees if I don't use insurance?
If you choose to pay out of pocket or are not using insurance, our fee is $160 per hour for individual therapy sessions. We are committed to providing accessible care and are open to discussing payment options or plans to accommodate your financial situation. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding fees and payment.
  • How do I pay for services?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will work with you when possible.
  • What can I expect during my first session?
In your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding your concerns and goals. Your therapist will ask questions about your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if our services are the right fit for you.
  • How long are therapy sessions?
Individual therapy sessions typically last 60 minutes. The length and frequency of sessions can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences.
  • How long will I need to be in therapy?
